Customer website content can be update via FTP or web-based file management real time 24/7
Which operating system do HOSTINGTH use?

Can I manage my hosting and files via web browser?
Customer can manage you hosting account via web browser using cPanel and you can manage you files via web-based file management in cPanel.
Who will upload my website data into HOSTINGTH server?
Customer can upload website content directly into HOSTINGTH server via FTP or web-based file management.
What should I do when I forget my hosting password?
E-mail to support@hostingth.com or call HOSTINGTH hotline and we'll reset you password and send to your registered e-mail accress.
Can I change my selected package after using HOSTINGTH service?
In case of upgrade package customer can change package immidiately and we'll charge you with only remaining month.
In case of downgrade package customer have to wait until next payment due date to chage package. No refund avialable.

How much it'll cost me to register and maintain my domain name?
390 Baht for .com, .net,. org per year. Please see domain name page for more detail.
Who'll be the real owner of the domain register with HOSTINGTH?
The domain will be completely yours. As in all but technician support information will be register in your or your company name and we'll hand over the domain password to you as soon as registration process is done.
How many character are allow in domain name?
Not more than 63 characters
What do I do if I want to transfer my domain to register with HOSTINGTH?
Register with us and pay for next year fee. Then contact you previous domain provider for username nad password for your domain name. And in some case, ask your previous provider to unlock your domain name as well.
